Senior Pricing Analyst
BRAC IT is seeking an expert Pricing Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Delivery, and Executive Leadership, responsible for shaping competitive, profitable, and scalable pricing strategies across BRAC IT’s local and global IT services, AI, data, and managed services portfolio. This role goes well beyond cost modeling. You will own deal economics, influence bid strategy, and help with account-centric, long-term commercial pricing models that support local and global growth.

Key Responsibilities
Deal Pricing & Commercial Leadership
i) Lead end-to-end pricing strategy for complex commercial deals, including:
- Multi-year outsourcing engagements.
- Managed services and outcome-based contracts.
- Hybrid Fixed Price / T&M / Retainer models.
ii) Partner with Sales and Solution Architects to:
- Shape deal structures that balance competitiveness, risk, and margin.
- Define pricing assumptions, scope boundaries, and commercial levers.
- Provide pricing guidance at bid decision points, including go/no-go and price-to-win scenarios.
Advanced Financial & Pricing Modeling
i) Design and maintain robust pricing models covering:
- Onshore / offshore / blended delivery.
- Utilization, capacity planning, and resource pyramids.
- Margin, contribution, and lifetime value (LTV) analysis.
ii) Model complex scenarios including:
- Volume discounts and ramp-up curves.
- FX exposure and inflation.
- Risk premiums and contingency buffers.
iii) Ensure pricing aligns with target gross margins, revenue growth, and long-term account strategy.
Pricing Governance & Standards
- Establish and continuously improve pricing frameworks, guardrails, and approval processes.
- Own and maintain rate cards, discount thresholds, margin floors by service line and geography.
- Ensure consistency and discipline across global deals while allowing market-responsive flexibility.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Benchmarking
- Track global market pricing trends across South Asia, ASEAN, Eastern Europe, North America and Europe.
- Benchmark BRAC IT pricing against Tier-1 and Tier-2 global outsourcing firms & regional and niche competitors.
- Analyze win/loss data to identify pricing gaps, discounting behavior, opportunities for value-based pricing.
Executive & Client-Facing Communication
- Present pricing strategies, deal economics, and risk trade-offs to executive leadership, sales leadership, internal governance forums.
- Contribute to client-facing pricing discussions when required, ensuring confidence, clarity, and credibility.
- Produce concise, executive-ready pricing summaries and recommendations.
Continuous Improvement & Scale
- Drive evolution from cost-plus pricing to value-based pricing, outcome-oriented commercial models.
- Support pricing inputs for new service launches (AI, data, platforms), strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Contribute to building a Pricing & Deal Desk capability within BRAC IT.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, deal desk, commercial finance, or bid management within IT services, technology consulting and global outsourcing organizations.
Professional Competencies
- Demonstrated experience in pricing large and complex multi-year deals.
- Experience in global delivery models (onshore/offshore).
- Expert proficiency in excel-based financial modeling.
- Strong working knowledge of T&M, fixed price, managed services, outcome-based pricing, & utilization and capacity-driven cost models.
- Proven ability to influence sales and leadership decisions through data and insight.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Business.
- MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus (not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in global delivery or offshore-centric organizations.
- Exposure to AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation services.
- Understanding of risk pricing and contract trade-offs, revenue recognition basics, long-term account economics.
- Prior experience working with clients in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific.
- Experience mentoring or leading pricing teams is a strong plus.
