We are looking for a strategic HR leader to join BRAC IT as the Head of HR. You’ll report to the Chief People & Culture Officer to build future-ready talent, strengthen leadership capability, accelerate organizational transformation, and foster a high-performance culture that supports our ambition of becoming a globally recognized, purpose-driven technology partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the talent development and workforce planning strategy.
  • Lead leadership development, learning, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and high-potential development.
  • Build a strong employer brand and manage campus, industry, and global talent partnerships along with Employer Brand team
  • Leverage HR analytics to improve hiring, learning, and talent outcomes.
  • Partner with business leaders on organizational development and workforce transformation as HR Business Partner
  • Lead cross-functional people initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 12–15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in Talent, Learning, or Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Strong experience in the IT, software, technology, or digital services industry (preferred)
  • Exposure to global or regional talent management is preferred.
