Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across application handover, operations, enhancements, and development.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination.
- Drive requirement intake, planning, UAT coordination, and release management.
- Lead meetings and workshops in Japanese and English.
- Manage transition and knowledge transfer from existing teams.
- Oversee daily operations including incident and change management.
- Coordinate development and enhancement activities with technical teams.
- Maintain governance through status reporting, risk tracking, and executive updates and ensure proper documentation and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
- 6–10+ years of experience in project or delivery management.
- Experience managing application development and support projects.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle, incident, and change management.
