We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Technical Recruitment to lead end-to-end hiring for technical roles across local and global projects. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and technology leadership roles.
- Lead mass recruitment initiatives for local and global projects while ensuring quality and timely hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build talent pipelines for critical technology roles and support employer branding initiatives.
- Track recruitment KPIs and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4 years specializing in technical recruitment within the IT industry.
- Proven experience in mass recruitment and hiring for global projects or IT staff augmentation.
- Strong understanding of software development and emerging technology roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
