Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and deliver strategic HR solutions.
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Drive performance management, employee engagement, and culture-building activities.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, grievance handling, and policy implementation.
  • Coach managers on people management, employee development, and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations to deliver seamless HR services.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business performance and employee experience.
  • Support organizational change, restructuring, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
  • 6–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
  • Experience in the IT, software, technology, or digital services industry will be highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and labor laws.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR data and insights to support decision-making.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
