You’ll report to the Chief People & Culture Officer to build future-ready talent, strengthen leadership capability, accelerate organizational transformation, and foster a high-performance culture that supports our ambition of becoming a globally recognized, purpose-driven technology partner.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the talent development and workforce planning strategy.
- Lead leadership development, learning, and capability-building initiatives.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and high-potential development.
- Build a strong employer brand and manage campus, industry, and global talent partnerships along with Employer Brand team
- Leverage HR analytics to improve hiring, learning, and talent outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders on organizational development and workforce transformation as HR Business Partner
- Lead cross-functional people initiatives.
Qualification & Experience
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 12–15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in Talent, Learning, or Talent Acquisition leadership.
- Strong experience in the IT, software, technology, or digital services industry (preferred)
- Exposure to global or regional talent management is preferred.
