Recognized by the World Economic Forum for his leadership, Saleh is dedicated to bridging technology and purpose. He holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MBA from New York University.
Anita Rahman brings over 21 years of legal expertise as a Senior Advocate of Bangladesh’s Supreme Court. A UCL LLB graduate and Lincoln’s Inn barrister since 2003, she founded The Legal Circle, pioneering initiatives like Think Legal Bangladesh.
Specializing in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on company law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution, she is an Asia 21 Young Leader and impact investment advocate. Rahman is known for her commitment to public service, pro bono legal work, and her strong advocacy for good governance.
With a distinguished career in global finance, Arinjoy Dhar specializes in large-scale transformation and operational excellence. As Senior Director of Microfinance at BRAC, he oversees financial strategies that drive sustainable development. Previously, he held strategic roles at HSBC across Asia and North America, leading enterprise-wide efficiency programs.

He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers, a prestigious recognition awarded to leaders shaping the future of financial services through the Canadian Securities Institute.

Passionate about scalability, automation, and AI-driven technology, he helps organizations build secure, resilient, and high-impact applications. He continues to mentor our youngsters on designing scalable, intelligent and fault-tolerant software.
Ruhama leads global communications and client engagement at brac IT, serving as the primary point of contact for international stakeholders and partners. Maleha works at the intersection of data and strategy, developing business intelligence solutions that enable faster, more informed decision-making across brac IT projects. Among her key achievements is consolidating insights from six major programs of BRAC into a Central Executive Dashboard, improving visibility and shaping organization-wide strategy.
