Anita Rahman brings over 21 years of legal expertise as a Senior Advocate of Bangladesh’s Supreme Court. A UCL LLB graduate and Lincoln’s Inn barrister since 2003, she founded The Legal Circle, pioneering initiatives like Think Legal Bangladesh.
Specializing in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on company law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution, she is an Asia 21 Young Leader and impact investment advocate. Rahman is known for her commitment to public service, pro bono legal work, and her strong advocacy for good governance.
With a distinguished career in global finance, Arinjoy Dhar specializes in large-scale transformation and operational excellence. As Senior Director of Microfinance at BRAC, he oversees financial strategies that drive sustainable development. He continues to mentor our youngsters on designing scalable, intelligent and fault-tolerant software.

Among her key achievements is consolidating insights from six major programs of BRAC into a Central Executive Dashboard, improving visibility and shaping organization-wide strategy.
