brac IT hosted a masterclass on Digital Transformation and the Agile Operating Model. This time, we had an IT veteran with 29 years of leadership roles at IBM, Experian, Thought Works, CA Technologies, and other global tech giants, as the facilitator.
Over 200 technical and non-technical personnel of brac IT drew practical and actionable insights from decades of the facilitator’s global experience. Discussions highlighted the importance of a culture of learning, with emphasis on continuous learning and skill development as a cornerstone for relevance and innovation. Team synergy emerged as another key area of focus, with strategies shared on fostering collaboration to drive project success.
Team dynamics were explored in depth, offering techniques to synergize the diverse skill sets and personalities of people toward common goals. Additionally, the session addressed enhancing communication with customers, providing frameworks to build trust and deliver value through clear, responsive engagement. The workshop wasn’t just theory, but years of experience and stories distilled into action-ready insights.
